IAMHOSTED was formed in 2009. The company is a Joint Venture operation between Mercury IT and Secure Internet Storage Solutions. The partnership builds further on the positions that both company’s have in the online and Information Technology spaces.

Mercury IT

Mercury IT employs highly qualified network engineers who hold Microsoft (MCSE), Cisco (CCNA), Novell and Citrix certifications. Our engineers have extensive customer service skills and thorough knowledge of PC's, Mac's, and other platforms. We place special emphasis on customer care and assign each customer their own consultant.

The network consultants at Mercury IT have over ten years of experience installing and troubleshooting networks of all sizes. In addition to a solid background in hardware and software installations, our technical team have expertise in the following areas: All Microsoft Platforms, Exchange Server, Cisco routers, Firewalls and Security Setup, Enterprise Level Antivirus/Spam filters and other specialised solutions.

Our objective is to provide extremely effective, reliable systems and support.

Secure Internet Storage Solutions

Secure Internet Storage Solutions is a privately owned Australian company dedicated to providing a number of leading edge technologies in the online storage and online data backup spaces.

Our aim is to provide customers with cost-effective and simple to use tools to assist with their data management and data security needs. Our team has well over a decade of IT industry experience, and over 20 years experience in running successful small and medium businesses.

We were established in March 2006 on the Gold Coast, Australia.
